Hi all -- I gather that a "P&B shake" involves psyllium and bentonite, but what is the shake and how do you make it? When I bought my bentonite, the clerk at the health food store told me I'd better take it with warm water lest it congeal inside my intestines; I've been doing it that way, but boy is it nasty. Does anyone know a better (and safe) way to take it?
I started coffee enemas yesterday for brain fog, and today, sure enough, I've got flu-like symptoms which I assume means that the toxins are moving out. I'm not sure what to do, though -- is it better to continue at this point, or lay off for a couple of days until the symptoms die down, then start up again? I'm wondering whether flooding my system with toxins this way might pose any risks. Of course I'm doing my colon cleanse, drinking tons of water, and doing a lot of aerobic exercise, but are there any other ways to get those toxins out faster? For example, should I be doing a simultaneous kidney cleanse?
