First, does that nagging empty feeling in the stomach ever go away? I sure would like not to have that.
Second, my legs and lower back are very crampy, similar to both leg cramps from the mentral period or that muscular discomfort that comes from staying in bed too long, or laying down for days. I was wondering if you guys thought this was a detox symptom (in which case it's good) or just simply from the fact that I've only sat or laid down for the most of the last 5 days.
I've fasted for 5 days: the 2nd day on Master-Cleanse lemonade, the rest of the days on water. I'm considering going back to the lemonade so I have enough energy to work out and not feel all crampy. It just doesn't seem good to sit around so much... I want to move but have been complying to my feeling of lethargy.
