I have purchased a cleanse called ParaGone. It was recommended by the company that I also take Fibre Smart to help with BMs. So I guess I will do it. But thanks for suggesting the liver cleanse during the period inbetween. I hadn't thought of that, and I will definitely try it. Thanks again.
