I don't mind the cold, you can always put on extra clothes to be warm, when the temp is above 40C for weeks at a time, you just can't get cool, everything dies in the garden, and its just plain horrible.

Great if your on holiday, and you don't actually have to do anything but lay around and swim, but truely hell if you have to work.
