Acne has also plagued me for a long time. Some factors that i that significantly contribute to my Acne are any dair or wheat, (Sprouted wheat seems to be just fine) Stress is probably one of the biggest factors. It has really been a long journey for me, i used to have to worst skin and Acne problems, i look at old pictures of me and they a disturbing! I started out a couple years ago slowly starting to eat according to the Blood Type Diet (i'm an a) And i've been completely compliant for at least the past year, i can't tell you how much that has fixed my skin, not to mention i have no more allergies, i'm not longer depressed and my chronic sinus problems are gone. But that's beside the point ;) I also meditate frequently, I eat very little meat, only fish and eggs occasionally, I've done a 30 day round of The Master Cleanse which really helped get rid of some stuff that had been hanging around for awhile, now i'm on to liver flushes. Also, i found that smoking pot was one of the bigger contributors to my acne.
