Looks like you've gotten some great responses, pinkfloyd, and I agree with everyone who said that your long term solution lies in colon cleansing (and removing the mercury, whenever you can manage it).
In the meantime, eliminate peanut butter COMPLETELY, and let us know how you're doing a month from now! PB ALWAYS wrought havoc with my skin (I haven't had it years), and that dietary change alone might be a good head start in the right direction.
For some reason almond butter doesn't seem to affect me the same way, but for now, I would back off of nuts altogether (at least while you're testing the peanut butter elimination), and then when you do eat nuts, only buy-and-eat them raw, since the rancid oils in roasted nuts are very hard to digest.
