OK. I did it. At 7:30am this morning, EST, I pulled a blade of grass from the yard, with a tiny bit of dew on it, rubbed it gently with a Q-Tip and placed it under my tongue! What an incredibly dumb thing to do!

The first reactions were almost immediate. A little dizziness, heart jumping around a little in chest and a little nausea. The worst reaction is the dizziness, although most people would say it was natural for me!

Now.... hopefully, the dosage was mild enough not to put me through hell tonight, but I am not holding my breath, so to speak.
