Re: the most optimal cave temperature for humans?

The optimum temperature for the human brain to function is 15C. When I was at university, this theory was tested in various classrooms. The data showed that 15C was the temperature at which concerntration from students was highest, and tests done by students at this temperature, contained the most correct answers.

Its a good thing to push your body out of the comfort zone, and the body readily adapts to this. Good for your immune system as well.
