Comes back to the sense of entitlement that is so prevalent today.
lol, telly, I thought one guy was going to punch me in the head last night, we are fully booked, because its the busy season for tourist here, and this guy and his family turned up wanting a room. I said, very politely, that unfortunatly we were fully booked and had no rooms available. He proceded to rant and rave at the top of his voice for 30 minutes, because HE had decided at the last minute to come here with HIS family, and we should have a room waiting for HIM. (mind you, he hadn't booked ahead).
This attitude is becoming more and more common, and I wanted so much to tell him to 'harden the f*ck up'.
