Re: Distilled water and hair loss / thinning hair...

It does take a lot of reading to understand even the basics of natural medicine. Lots and lots of study and reading. If one is to get themselves healthy again, they need to become acquainted with their own body, what condition it is in at the time, and know where to start helping it to get better. They need to know what they've been doing wrong in times past so they can correct their life style and work towards health again. There's a lot to learn. Many things that, if we had had the privilege of learning or knew existed would have learned and put into practice many years ago.

I was in the "terminal" beacket when I came on CZ. I read for 3 weeks almost 24/7 to begin to understand the many protocols and things that would get me healthy again. I know, too, most people are not willing to do much reading. Reading the back posts on many of the forums is highly recommended. Good health demands a high level of personal responsibility to get well and to stay that way.

I've also been working with people helping them to get healthy again all the while learning new things for myself. Health is: health in the mind, in the body and in the attitude in that we have something here to share with the world. We have something that will change the world for the better. Let's make IT attractive and OURSELVES attractive by showing kindness and consideration for each other as an individual as we share our knowledge with each other and with the world. I find joy in sharing anything I have learned and helping another person get better. The gift of health one person either gives to themselves or helps another person understand is a very precious gift.

Knowledge of the truth in healing and different healing modalities sets us apart and above the rest of the world that does the medical. We have earned respect. I want to be worthy of that respect because I truly care for another and not just because I want to tell them they aren't doing "it" right just yet. Probably I'm not doing it all correctly just yet, but my mind is open and my attitude is in the place of learning and improving myself and compassionately helping others to learn all the while encouraging them to be personally responsible for their own health. A person who is sick can't think very well. It's a different story when the fog lifts and they start to get better.
Not on the subject of distilled water and thinning hair, but very pertinent in order for that person to find the answers.
Thank you.
