After google researching, I have found various and most often conflicting alkaline forming food lists on the internet.
Example: Lemons, baking soda and Watermelon are the most alkalizing. Coffee, soda and artificial sweeteners are the most acidifying of the lists I have found. I believe the objective is to get ones urine PH 7.0 and above. I am just learning about it. Makes the raw foodist way of life look glutenous.
I am not certain how much a quart of MH's "Moonshine Strenth Homebrew" costs. Wouldn't it be great if it was all he says it is? $80.00? MH seems most confident.
Question is who is going to try it first and live to tell us about it as safe and effective? :-D
