Re: Newbie...need advice

When I first looked at the Liver Flush I too was put off by the 'requirements' of having to do the kidney flush and parasite cleanse and did not do the flush at all.
I have not had pain for 20 years, but a family with gall bladder and liver problems and I watched as they lost their gall bladders and suffered through attacks. When I finally had a bona fide gall stone attack, I came here again and kept my focus. I wanted to flush the GB and liver - not over haul my whole system. However I was frightened of a stone getting stuck. So, I chose to do The Master Cleanse as a kidney cleanse first which I knew would not hurt me, then I did the Liver Flush and had great success.
You do not have to do even the kidney cleanse first - there is nothing wrong with you doing the flush first. Make sure you take the full four doses of Epsom Salts and you should have no problems.
You could give yourself a runing start as I did by taking malic acid capsules with each meal for a few days (they will help soften any stones), eating a few apples a day and then flushing.
If I regret anything about how I flushed it is that I waited so long!! I feel so much better that I wish EVERYONE could feel this way!
Pick a flushing protocol, ask any questions, ease any doubts and let us know how it goes for you!!
Best,
LN
