Re: Can't Epsom salt be substituted with other?

I posted a similar message here a couple of days ago. I just did my first flush and couldn't believe how horrible the Epsom Salt was, I was really repulsed by it and didn't know how I'd ever do it again.

I found an old post on here and someone else confirmed it that you can put the Epsom Salts in empty gelcaps, and take it that way.

I haven't tried it yet, but will next time. You can get the gelcaps in a health food store. Read back a day or two and you'll see the thread.
