Herbal Liver cleansing????

Has anybody done herbal Liver Cleansing and if so what type of results did you get? I would like to do a liver flush, but to be honest Im too scared. I know people have had positive results, but some people have had terrible pain afterwards due to stones getting stuck and I dont want to risk that. Also I dont think i could drink all that olive oil...the thought of it makes me sick even. My natropath doesnt seem to think flushing is the way to go and wants me to go the herbal route.
