A few weeks ago I wrote a post about tomatoes, and how I thought it helped me. So I got better for a few days, and then I noticed that the smell is still there.
I recently (about 2 weeks ago) tried to add about 20-30 grams/day of dietary fibers. My bowel movement is so much better - I used to have one movement in 2-3 days - and now it's once a day. My Body Odor reduced significantly. Still it didn't completely vanished. I guess this is a good start for everyone who suffer from BO. I'm sure there's more to change in our diet, and I'm 99.9% convinced that this is the key for our problem - changing our DIET and the need for a real and good detoxification!
I think that from some reason we are much more sensitive to the modern life consumption, and that's our body way to "scream" for help.
