Antacids and epsom salts

Earlier this evening I had what I thought was indigestion, and took a presciption antacid - Nexium. I now believe that I am having a gallbladder attack. I have noticed that some of you have recommended taking Epsom Salts to open the bile duct when this happens, but I am not sure that I should take it so closely to having taken the Nexium. Does anyone have any idea if I could be causing damage if I take the Epsom Salts . Thanks.
