Hojla,
Here is one suggestion for Anti-Candida meal:

put quinoa into some bowl on soaking...just to sprout.

Rinse it at morning and evening under tap water throut strainer. Than leave it quinoa ( moistured ) in bowl.
After day or two it will start to sprout.

Than add probiotic or EM bacteria: few drops of diluted.
It will start to ferment in leave lactic acid.

When you make the meal.

Just put water on the fire. When water starts boiling put off the fire. And put the quinoa sprouts in it. And cover.

This way you got soup. Add salt and grinded sunflower seed sprouts to get more dense sauce...

With this try to eat fermented vegetable ( cauliflower, broccoli with parsley coriander/cilantro )....

This way you'll soon get rid of heavy metals ( that invite funghis so as Candida and pathogene bacteria ) and all pathogen microorganisms in colon.
