What kind of detox protocols have you already considered and took a little study.
I would recommend protocols where you are part of it as producer. This can build in your aunt and her close relatives that are in he support in the protocol itself as active part.
This is some kind od meditation.
What I have in mind?
Self-growing of wheatgrass ( in your case barley is probably better ) for juicing young green plants.
Sprouting seeds of broccoli, red cabbage, watercress and include in daily food.
In daily food to move on at least 70% on raw food:
- as as possible sprouted seed food:
lentils could be sprouted in bowl not even sprouters are
needed, sprouted quinoa,
- remove milk diary ( even fermented )
- removing meat,
- removing fried food and as few as possible cooked
- removing eggs
From the fruit your based meals shoud be made of blackberries, raspberries and blueberries with a little cranberries. But raspberries and black berries are basical
soldiers for accompanyining detox protocol with wheatgras( barley ) juice.
You prepare by yourself from the soil you are sure it contains no heavy metal.
I suggest you to took heavy metal detox protocol with some
chelating protocol. That would mean a lot of plants that are having chelating properties ( cilantro/coriander ).
I would recommend to ferment broccoli and other cruciferrous vegetable ( 50% of adult broccoli, 25 % of cauliflower 25% of brussel sprouts ) to ferment these vegetables in some fermenting dish. You add garlic, cilantro, thymian or any other herb ( fresh ) and Himalayan or sea unrefined salt.
When you have fermented salad use that in your daily food and add broccoli, red cabbage sprouts to such salat.
Remove fried food. When you prepare cooked food for example some soup based on sprouted quinoa. You just put sprouted seed in booiling water with fire turned down.
Be carefull about fats.
From saturated fats use only middle - chain fats that
are in coconut or palm oil.
Instead of milk prepare yourself fresh almoond milk.
From the soaked and hulled almonds nuts.
You can use hemp oil. But be carefull about oxidation of unsaturated fat acids.
You can try twice a month 4 day fasting ( weekend + day ).
And another day for resting of that rhytm - intermediate...
FOR FASTING. You do the fast with barley ( wheatgrass ) juice and vegetable juice.
After third day ( that is very important because it gives you very intensive cleansing process ) do the enema with the pulp that rested from juicing barley ( wheatgrass ).
