yes, i've read good things about manganese (NOT MAGNESIUM) it reverses the effects of social anxiety. People with social anxiety have low levels of dopamine due to whatever reasons, which cause them to get it. I've bought manganese supplements and i will be trying it to see if it stops social anxiety. I just don't feel like talking to other people, like i'm looking on the world from the outside in. This pretty much comes along with EC, so i'm sure everyone with EC has experienced it.
