Re: Question regarding doing a flush

I used to be a marathon runner and was preparing for a marathon last spring, when I started getting tired and very short of breath. I felt like I had asthsma and was out of shape. Soon I could no longer run. This was the beggining of my nightmare. 7 months of doctors and after my 5th flush I just got out a huge mondo stone. I knew my liver was having a difficult time before I started having trouble breathing. My advice to you is flush flush flush before you end up like me---- I have lost most of my leg strength, but hopefully after a few more flushes I will be up and running again. We take our liver for granted--- I guess this was my grand lesson. GOOD LUCK!! :)
