Can you forgive them and yourself?

Forgive does not mean to allow them back into your life, its to let it go and free yourself from the resentments.

Should your family be abusive it would be wiser to keep your distance but nevertheless forgive them and yourself.

EFT is a very easy and useful tool to help rid yourself of festering unwanted grudges.

Resentment is like taking poison and hoping the other dies.
