It's absolutely OK to flush, whether you have your gallbladder or nor. You'll get stones out in both cases.
The reason your liver is sore is because you got some of the stones out and you need time to repair and heal. I, too, have the soreness after some of the flushes, not all.
The stones come down from your liver thru the commomn bile duct and inti the gallbladder. The stones in your gallbladder were at first in your liver.
The flush (because the Epsom Salts relax the bile ducts)allows the stones to come out of the gallbladder as it contracts. If you soften the stones prior to the flush, the stones in your common bile duct and some from the liver come out. After the LF, the stones lodged in you liver move down to the GB and duct.
That's why it's important to use malic acid, apple juice, ect. in preparation.
But don't be discouraged, the soreness will pass. Keep on flushing, you'll see a definite improvement in your health.
