keep it up. the fast will bring amazing benefits, physically and mentally.
your sausage mcmuffin comment made me laugh! i call that "food p 0 r n" fantasies. i had MANY such on my fast- my worst was imagining eating a whole bucket of KFC after my fast! i didn't, thank goodness. those fantasies do pass.
be careful how you break your fast. there is lots of great advice here on that. personal experience suggests you will want to go a little crazy the first few days or week after your fast. do whatever you can to have a plan and stick to it. avoid high carb foods as you will blow up like a balloon with fluids.
