My GI Dr. did a stool culture and the only result was E. Nana.

He then did a pill capsule test and found moderately severe reflux esophagitis. I was positive for H-Pylori and never treated in the past so I am going to do the triple therapy for two weeks: high dose Amoxycillin, Biaxin and Nexium and after that we will see where I am at.

I also did a Metametrix GI stool test which is very extensive and should show everything, yeast, parasites, etc...

Will check in after I get those results.

I am not on meds at the moment, just some anti-yeast measures like Caprilic acid and Culturelle 2 x daily and goats yogurt.

I still suspect parasites besides the H-Pylori bacteria and the Metametrix test should sort that out. It better, it cost $$$.

Thanks for everyone's help. It's a nightmare.

I seem to tolerate things like grass fed beef, fish and salads fine. Diarrhea has stopped after I started culturelle.

The whole Lyme/Babesia problem will also have to be treated again. I am still positive for RMSF which is Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. It seems to be chronic as I already treated once already.
