Hope this isn't too late. When you are severely anxious, do deep breathing -- abdominal or belly breathing-- this naturally decreases stress.
Also pray. Pray to God, Allah, or a rock. It doens't matter, it works, so Pray!

Also you can try a healing meditation to relieve stress and anxiety. Good luck. Feel better soon.
