You should have the colon totally clear to release the stones, so they don't get blocked in. I would recommend a colonic/colema before and DEFINITLEY AFTER the flush. But if you have had success before you may not wish to. However there can be consiquences without properly cleaning the colon before and after flushing. Stones get stuck in all that waste material in the colon, and recirculate toxins into the blood, making you feel terrible.... Tweet
