I was reading on Dr. Clark's Liver Flush page that you shouldnt flush if you are acutely ill.

If i were you- even though it was just the flu-- i'd wait til I was 100% over it , then i'd flush.

Also, if using Dr. Clark's flush- I'd empty two capsules of Black-Walnut herb into the olive oil/grapefruit. See her page for explanations:
