All I could suggest if you haven't tried already is to go see a naturopath for a consultation, to see if there is some underlying condition that has yet to be acknowledged that is causing your problems. Other than that, you could begin taking some chlorophyll if you have yet to. It's a natural body deodorizer, and I've found that it helps to ease the pains in my digestive tract I get from my IBS and Leaky Gut, as well as reducing gastric smelling odours.
