hmm...I have never heard of old, impacted feces forming into perfect oval hard stones and coming out in a big cluster together.

And, I have not done a Clark flush for over a month, so i don't think that the bile ducts would still be open this much later.

I guess it was probably the combination of what I ate last night, the emotional release, and the two days of the 7 day flush recipe.
