As far as I know there isn't, because leaky gut is such a new phenomenon to medicine. To the point where many modern medical doctors will deny of it's very existence. That most developments in it's treatment will come from natural treatments which I suppose don't regard surgery as an apt treatment for the disorder.
In fact I don't believe surgery would work for leaky gut because of how wide a surface area can be affected, it would be nearly impossible to surgically "sew" up the affected areas. But besides that, the fact is that the affected areas are extremely small, large enough for only minute "toxic" particles to pass through.
As well to go beyond this and assume that leaky gut was even surgically repairable, the fact remains that if the root issues causing it, ie. diet, stress, bad habits, environmental factors etc are not addressed then the problem will simply resurface.
I hope I didn't come off being too hostile or blunt about the issue, but this is just my opinion based on everything I've learned over the many years I've had this syndrome.
