Metametrix 2100 GI test: Positive for Strongyloides

What do I do?

I have a GI Dr who will treat me with either Ivermectin or Albendazole. But I am worried, as it says in Wikipedia that these meds don't get the parasite in all it's stages and the course needs to be frequently repeated.

Has anyone on here dealt with this infection? If so, what is the appropriate treatment?
