all the more reason to juice fast..but if your trys are high too then lay off the sweet juices or at least cut back on a em and concentrate on the veggies more and it should drop by half within a month..
for me what I did when I was on my diet was cut out all breads/pasta ..ate nothing processed at all ..
stayed with potatoes and brown rice for starches
even though some would not recommend this I ate meat with supper ...2 eggs every morning for breakfast ..ate no Sugar in any form just used stevia , veggies like brocolli,cauliflower ,greens ..and some carrots I had beef and chicken for my meats(one big serving with supper daily) sometimes a salad for lunch..I drank keifer, and had some cheese too..I snacked on nuts in between meals and had fresh popped popcorn every single night as a snack cooked in real butter and extra light olive oil.....lots of water
I stuck with that for 2 months ...along with CE's daily and I lost 35 pounds ..my cholesterol dropped in half and I mean all of it in 1 month !!! I was not hungry either..I ate until I was full ..and I felt so great afterwards too.I know it works cause I done it ! it was all the Sugar and grains I was putting into my body that was doing it to me .not to mention the alcohol...
in the end BUndles its up to you what you decide to do /or the route you decide to go ..and I know that Uny/others would not recommend you eat meats and that is my personal choice to do so .. but juice fasting is above and beyond any diet as to what it can do for the body gal..just know that ..so throw away all the junk and juice on woman!
