I wouldn't follow the Epsom Salt directions as they are listed. It is much easier to tolerate if you put 1 tbsp into ~6 oz of room temp water and chug it quickly. Cold water + epsom is horrid.
More importantly, buy the best quality organic olive oil you can get your hands on. The ultra low acid content of the high grade organic stuff really pays off when you're taking a large amount. I have never felt nauseous at all with Olio Beato brand.
