Of course there is liver flush and such. This is just for the colon. I need one right now but no watermelon here but soon.

Really I should do a pumpkin one as those are in season.

Raw beef recipes are with Jamie Oliver. I did put some beef in a dehydrator at very low heat with some spices and it was pretty good. But blood dripping raw, just couldn't stomach.
