Definitely try the natural route first

Unless you are in agony, you can delay surgery. Elevated enzyme levels indicate your liver is stressed, possibly due to blockage of the gall bladder or gall ducts, possibly because you are detoxing through your liver.

I once had elevated enzymes because I was detoxing with MSM. I felt terrific, but the doctor was alarmed. I stopped MSM, waited a couple weeks and retested my levels. They were normal. So, I restarted MSM to finish my detox. I now stop MSM a week or so before getting blood tests. My enzyme levels are fine.

In addition to vitamin B, SAM-E, fish oil, and milk thistle, I'd add N-acytle cystein, selenium, Vitamin C & E. N-A-C is an amino acid that is amazingly effective.

This "cocktail" protects, detoxifies and rebuilds your liver. Milk Thistle helps the liver regenerate. Sam-E and N-A-C encourage glutathione production, which detoxifies Tylenol, alcohol, mercury, etc. N-A-C needs to be balanced with 3x the quantity of other antioxidants -- for example, vitamin C & E. Vitamin E also keeps the fish oil from oxidizing, so it is a double winner. Selenium is a trace mineral that is cheap and important to the liver (and for men, the prostate). Fish oil provides Omega-3 fatty acids --good oils to help your body rebuild.

Curezone talks lots about cleansing. We need to talk more about rebuilding healthy tissues.
