I feel as though I may be on my way for sure now LOL. I will be looking for the stevia in bulk as well as the apple fiber. I am so excited to be doing this.

I have yet another question (who would have guessed?)

Should I not do any type of enema due to my adrenals, or just not the coffee ones? I haven't done them since you said about it the other day, and not sure if I could do them with perhaps baking soda or something else, or if that is too much on them also.

I have an appointment today with my OB, and I am going to ask him to run my thyroid and adrenal tests. I have gone to him for over 25 years, so I really trust him. Is there a specific test he needs to run for the adrenals to detect fatigue? I know the thyroid I have to have the T3 and T4 checked for function. I know this is off topic, and I am sorry.
