Man, I can feel your pain. My suggestion for you is to do some breathing techniques, especially yoga. I am here in this forum for more than two years. I started yoga a year back and i can able to manage the dificult situation well. Regular yoga not only makes stress free but it also makes entire body feel good including lips(still peeling but not that harsh). Find the right moisturiser thats suits your lips and get on with your life. Happy Birthday :)
