Re: Stomach pain/inflammation since 1st flush
Sharon
Sorry to hear of your inflamation troubles.
From your description, it sounds like quite an inflamed colon, the transverse part passes infront of the liver and stomach, so it can be tricky to tease out which organ in the abdomen is causing grief.
If it is the colon, you have something pretty nasty still there causing irritation, inflamation and ultimately pain. It might be a good idea to have a
colonic irrigation to really clear out any toxic waste hanging about - best home kit is the Colema Board - look up Google for sellers.
This may also help with Migraine headaches, which can be caused by toxins causing inflamation in the arteries. Also be aware many migraine sufferes are short of Magnesium, so large Calcium / Magnesium supplement tablet (like for osteoporosis suffers) may well help against a migraine attack (take during if needs be)
Keep drinking plenty of water, 2 litres per day additional to all other drinks.
Aloe Vera gel / juice in good quantity has good validity in soothing and calming inflamed gut / colon.
Freshly pressed juices, particularly from veg and salads (colours of the rainbow is ideal) are a way to power in natural form nutrients and alkalise the body to help it work the way it should, personally I find this also helps the guts to power food along and out. Also good way to get nutrition in when you don't otherwise feel like eating much (can mix with aloe vera gel / juice).
Finally, please be aware
Epsom Salts is a pretty harsh alkaline salt treatment for inducing roaring diarrhea, OK as a temporary measure for reasonably healthy guts during a liver flush, but I wonder if this is such a good move with an inflamed colon? Personally I would try the
colonic irrigation, aloe vera,
juicing and see if things calm down before rushing into another Liver Flush.
Hope this helps
