I do. And I only use it for my thyroid meds that I have to take. Did not even use it often when my children were at home. Did use it when my husband had to have back surgery... but they let him lay in e-x-c-r-u-c-i-a-t-i-n-g pain for 4 months before they would do anything, and now he is in chronic pain.
