My diet is pretty good. Last year around January I started a diet geared toward low carbs and eliminating sugar. I lost a good amount of weight and just felt better in general. This is when I started taking the probiotic threelac and did an anti candida program. I did feel better (still had headaches but not as severe) but my bad habits of eating a lot of junk food, Sugar and breads started back in October last year. My headaches got worse over the winter and now I'm back to severe pain and more sinus infections.
Right now since the middle of January I don't really eat Sugar at all, no soda and avoid bread. I may have a piece of cake or a slice of pizza during birthday parties but thats about it. Once I finish the Antibiotics for this infection I am going to try the Diflucan again and start with the Threelac.
Is there anything else I should try? Do you think Candida could cause this inflammation?
