sorry, took awhile. I think you can use iodized salt. I think it's in The Master Cleanse recipe not to use it for this type of flush, per instructions. I'm pretty sure it's just more pure in The Master Cleanser s eye's. I hope that works for you. I'm sorry you're having such a rough go. Stick with it, maybe try some oganic yogurt.
