using your hand you rinse your face 30 times with hot water as hot as you can stand it. Then you give yourself a simple facial massage. Place your fingers gently under both eyes, then run along the cheek bones towards the ears, then go down to the jaws and then down the neck along the two strongest muscles in front. Repeat this several times.
You may want to finish with an ice cold facial shower lasting for ca. 45 seconds. The effect ist GREAT.
