1. replace salads with fermented vegetables
Do fermentation of vegetable that contain sulphoraphan.
Those are mostly cruciferous vegetable: broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts.
Do grow broccoli sprouts at home in sprouting pots.
I would suggest you at least 50g per day or two...would eliminate problem with Klebsiella. Than I would suggest radish daikon sprouts. So one week broccoli sprouts, another radish daikon sprouts. Than third week - take the rest of sprouts.
2. Add more green fresh food to your daily live:
- parsley, dandelion, nettle
In juice form or smoothie form.
Try to look at some remedies ( e.g. aloe vera juice ) or supllements with papain or bromelain enzymes. Those enzymmes have usefull role in the preventing process of adhering pathogen microorganisms to the ingestinal tissues
( gut, ... ). Before every meal you could consider to take some pieces of pine-apple and papaya or glass of some green juice ( small glass of wheatgrass juice or bigger glass of dried green powder diluted in water ).
