Add pharmaceuticals to your daily probiotics for a month or three. Probably azoles like fluconazole or itraconazole plus terbinafine. Maybe even just natamycin if you're not feeling all that bad.
Nystatin, the popular choice here, might not be the best idea - no one seems to get good results, but sidefx aplenty are pretty much guaranteed. And, for reasons of the really strange kind, unless you're in the former Soviet Union, that ancient crap is actually pretty expensive and hard to score.
PS don't cut red meat - or at least replace it with fish. It is your FRIEND (assuming it's not loaded with Antibiotics , which seem to be more common in chicken, really). The candida diet is pretty much pure old-school Atkins.
