diet before flush

I just did my 6th flush, and it seems to have been not quite as good as the others. The only diference I can think of is that my diet has not been as good lately.

Does anyone have a pre-flush diet tips? I'm not asking "what is a healthy diet," but rather diet tips specific to the pre-flush period.
