Good naturals... hmmm... well, problem with naturals seems to be that they kill your gut flora most of the time. Someone here did an experiment on probiotic cultures, and most of the natural antifungals kicked good bacteria's ass. Probably cause any plant you're taking is giving you like 400 active ingredients instead of just 1.
What you need for candida is an antifungal that is NOT antimicrobial.
