Thanks, im pretty sure calories needed varies from person to person but 2000 is average. I used to drink quite a bit of V8 (low sodium) but now im starting to think just eating more veggies might be better. Ill let u know how it goes.

For the record i also went out and bought the Biotene mouthwash and toothpaste and burt bees lip balm. Hopefully trying a number of different things i read about on here will double my chances of being cured.

as a side thought, since there isnt really a record of EC (not that ive seen anywhey) and not many doctors have even heard of it. I wonder if its a new more modern disease and our generation is the first to have it.
