Have you tried melatonin? 1-3mg taken shortly after sundown. Is the first thing that I would try. To keep blood Sugar level as low blood Sugar can affect sleep patterns try eating a high protein snack before bed -- peanut butter on apple slices and maybe some hard cheese.

A good multivitamin, multimineral supplement extra C can help too. Some liver detox herbs like milk thistle and/or the amino acid NAC (n-acetyl-cysteine) can help a congested liver as can a castor oil pack over the liver.
