an enema, will definatly clear out the phyllium. You want to intake a full quart bag for it to be able to reach the deep colon area (bottom right side of abdomen). You will feel how far the water has gone. But take your time, if you feel you need to release then do so, then repeat the process with a full bag. Try to hold in the water for at least 10 minutes, this will get it deeper and really loosen things up. Lay On your left side for 5 minutes, then you back for 5 minutes, then your right side for 5 minutes.
DO NOT USE TAP WATER. The Chlorine is bad for the colon.
From what i've read, there is no problem with doing enema's daily to go along with your fiber. This should actually strengthen you colon muscles. I do them daily now, a clean colon feels so good.
