Classic Coke Flush--anyone done it?

Hi, I am planning to try the classic coke flush next time, and I was wondering about a few specifics. The instructions don't tell you anything about what to eat on the first day, but I would assume that you have to eat a very low fat breakfast and lunch, and then not eat after 2PM, just like with the Hulda Flush. Is this true, or does it matter less how you eat during the day? Can you eat dinner with this kind of flush?
